Our Impact Report for 2021-22 is out!

If you’re curious to know more about how and who we’ve helped in the community within the last year, look no further than our Impact Report.

Our breakdown of client statistics not only paints a clearer picture of our importance in the community, but also provides a unique overview of the types of issues people have faced within the previous year. It will come as no surprise that there has been a substantial increase in fuel and utility related issues, and this is a rise we only expect to intensify as we enter the winter months. As the demand on our services increases, so too do our efforts to provide much needed support to those who need it. You can find out more about how our Crisis and Energy Department are tackling the pressure on pages 16-17 of the report.

Alongside our Crisis and Energy Department, the report shines a light on some of our other, equally valuable departments and projects that have facilitated significant change. Our Digital Advice Team underwent a transformation as a result of the increased reliance on digital communication (see page 14) and our Social Prescribing Project has successfully reduced the demand on the NHS, enabling valuable clinical resources to be directed to those who need it most (see pages 20-21).

This is only a very basic summary of the information that we have made accessible. Our Impact Report provides an accurate and comprehensive overview of our organization and is an excellent way for those unfamiliar with who we are to gain an understanding of the invaluable service we provide.
