Donate to us

Norfolk Citizens Advice is an independent charity, not a statutory service.
We are here for everyone in Norfolk, but we can only do this with your support.

Donations help keep our advice free, confidential and accessible to people facing some of life’s most difficult moments. Every pound you give helps us reach more people, sooner – and makes outstanding value for money go even further.

What your donations could achieve.

  • £5 per month

Helps grow our digital advice service, supporting people who struggle to access our offices or need help online.

  • £10 per month

Supports someone in crisis to receive one‑to‑one help from an experienced caseworker.

  • £50

Helps us run an outreach session, giving up to 10 people access to vital advice in their community.

  • £150

Covers the cost of running one of our busiest offices for a day, helping over 40 people take steps to improve their lives.
