NOTICE is hereby Given that the Annual general Meeting of Norfolk Citizens Advice (“NCA”) will be held at the Forum, Millenium plain, Norwich, NR2 1TF on Tuesday 4th November 2025 at 4pm for the following purposes:
1. To approve the minutes of the AGM held on 11th November 2024
2. To receive NCA’s audited accounts for the financial year ended 31st March 2025 together with reports of the directors and the auditors on those accounts.
3. To appoint Berry and Warren as auditors of NCA and to authorise the trustees to fix their remuneration.
4. Special Resolution: that the further revised Articles of Association contained in the document accompanying this notice be approved and adopted as the Articles of Association of the NCA in substitution for and to the entire exclusion of the existing Articles of Association of NCA.
5. On the recommendation of the board of trustees to re appoint Roger Margand, Mary Anne Massey and Peta Banks all of whom retire by rotation at the AGM and are eligible for re-appointment.
