Annual General Meeting 2022

AGM

Our Annual General Meeting was held on the 18/10/2022 at The Forum, Norwich and saw much gratitude towards staff and volunteers for continuing to maintain a high standard of service throughout the pandemic. We saw a tremendous increase in the use of our services over the last two years due to the pandemic, and we are proud to say that we have successfully adapted with strengthened online services available for those unable to come into our offices.

However, we are yet to fully recover from the effect of the pandemic. Having lost over 75% of our volunteers, it is essential that we begin to recover these numbers in order make a bigger impact on the community. Our volunteers are invaluable to our organization; our unique service offers help to those seeking advice on anything and everything, which means we have an ever-increasing number of clients and a proportionally growing demand for volunteers.

If you or anyone you know is interested in joining our wonderful team please go to Volunteer Opportunities — Norfolk Citizens Advice (ncab.org.uk) or email v.recruitment@ncab.org.uk.

You can find our Annual General Meeting online here for those who missed it or would like to learn more about us from our informative featured speakers.
