Norfolk Citizens Advice is a local, independent charity, rooted in the county for over 80 years. Founded during the Second World War by people of standing in the community, our mission has always been the same: to ensure everyone in Norfolk can access free, impartial, high-quality advice when they need it most.
Today, that mission is more vital than ever.
What is the Patrons’ Club?
The Patrons’ Club brings together today’s leaders, influencers and champions of Norfolk who want to make a meaningful difference.

The Patrons’ Club was launched in October 2025 by Lady Dannatt MBE at Holkham Hall and has already welcomed over 100 members.

Why the Patrons’ Club matters
Last year alone:
18,513 local people received advice and support
Delivered by 48 staff and over 120 trained volunteers
Across 60+ locations throughout Norfolk
Supporting many of the county’s most vulnerable residents
At the same time, demand for advice continues to rise while funding from local authorities is under increasing pressure. Rising costs and reduced income have created an unprecedented challenge for advice services across the country.
The Patrons’ Club exists to help ensure that Norfolk Citizens Advice can continue to serve our community - not just today, but for generations to come.
