Impact Report 2024/25 – a quick look at our year

Over the past year, more people than ever turned to us for help. Many were dealing with money worries, housing problems, benefit changes or pressures at home. We took time to listen and helped each person understand their options and feel more in control.

Last year, 18,513 people came to us for advice and support. Together, we worked through more than 71,000 issues. These ranged from urgent debt concerns to questions about benefits, housing and everyday costs.

Looking back, these numbers tell an important story. They show how many people across Norfolk needed a safe, trusted place to turn when things felt uncertain.

A sense of the difference this made

Behind every number is someone who needed clarity or reassurance. When people arrived feeling overwhelmed, we helped them explore their options and take their next steps with confidence.

Our work also led to over £35 million in public benefit, including extra income for local people and reduced pressure on public services.

This meant families could stay in secure homes, older people could manage essential costs and many people could move forward with fewer worries.
