The Annual Staff & Volunteer Conference 2023
On June 7th we held our annual Staff & Volunteer Conference at The Assembly House and welcomed service members from across Norfolk. It was truly heart-warming to have so many of us come together again, despite the trials and tribulations of the past few years, and to see the growth we have made in the aftermath of the pandemic and the midst of the Cost of Living Crisis.
To put it into perspective:
Since October 19th 2019, we have…
Helped over 20,000 clients
Had 94% client satisfaction
Gained 189 volunteers
Accrued 1,172 collective years of experience
Contributed £3m to our clients
