Join our Social Prescribing Team at this years Norfolk Palliative Care Conference for an opportunity to engage with leading experts, explore innovative approaches in palliative care, and deepen your understanding of holistic end-of-life care.

This conference will be taking place in Norwich and is open to all; groups, organisations, teams of health care professionals and the general public. While this is a face-to-face event, it will be streamed live across the globe for those unable to attend in person.

The theme for this year's Conference is "Getting your House in Order" Advance Care Planning. 

The Conference will take place on 8 May 2024 at the John Innes Conference Centre, Norwich, with live-streaming to centres across the UK, and globally.
