HRH Princess Anne visit newly opened Norwich Advice Centre

To kick the year off, we had the honour of welcoming HRH Princess Anne to our recently opened Norwich Advice Centre.

As Patron of Citizens Advice, The Princess Royal’s visit highlighted the essential work we do to support individuals and communities across Norfolk.

During her visit, Princess Anne met with dedicated staff and volunteers across Norfolk and our departments, who shared their insights into the challenges they help people navigate and the positive impact of their work. We also welcomed key representatives from the local councils and partner organisations such as Voluntary Norfolk and Aviva whose contributions are vital to our work.

We are grateful to everyone who attended and contributed to making the visit the success that it was.
