Where To Get Help If You Live In Norfolk
If you feel unable to deal with a problem on your own, and you need to speak to someone who can offer help and assistance in a friendly and non-judgmental manner, then we're the place for you!
To see an advisor face-to-face, we offer a drop-in service at our city centre office at the Norwich Citizens Advice Bureau, St Vedast Street, Norwich, Monday to Friday 9:30am 4pm and Saturdays from 9:30 1pm or alternatively, please call 01603 660857 to make an appointment.
Parking is available in Rose Lane car park or meter parking is available on Prince of Wales Road.

CLS Website
Norwich & District CAB is also a provider of CLS face to face advice. This service is also funded by the Legal Services Commission and meet the Specialist Quality Mark (SQM) standards for legal and advice services.
CLS Advisors (specialised in Welfare Benefits and Debt) are located at various locations in Norfolk. If your case is complex and you are eligible for Legal Help (formerly Legal Aid) you may be referred, by a CAB generalist advisor or another organisation such as Social Services, to speak to a CLS advisor.
