Volunteering

Volunteers are the backbone of our society. All sorts of people volunteer for many different reasons, but one thing that unites them all is that they find it challenging, rewarding and varied. We need people from all walks of life, all ages and stages. Volunteering with CAB does not require a lifelong commitment, just your expertise and any spare time you are able to give.

Volunteers at CAB give of their time freely to act as advisors, administration assistants, board members, client assessors, IT support team members, marketing team members, personal assistants to the managers, receptionists or website authors.
