Friends
`The Friends of Norwich and West Norfolk Citizens Advice Bureau is a registered charity (No 1019749) and is independent of any statutory authority. The Friends group has been set up to help raise funds for the Norwich and West Norfolk Citizens Advice Bureau and we need your help.
The Bureau provides an important and essential service to the people of Norwich and West Norfolk regarding, among other things, money and debt advice, family and personal problems, homeless and housing issues, consumer advice and employment problems. We help people 218 times a day, by telephone and face to face meetings at our premises in Norwich and West Norfolk and outreach locations.
Although a proportion of our money needed to fund the NCAB comes from statutory sources we need to raise more money to meet the ever increasing demands on the services we offer.
Become a Friend of the Norwich and West Norfolk Citizen Advice Bureau help the Bureau and support the local community. The Friends are a group of people, some who work and volunteer at the Bureau, some who help out in their spare time. Whether you wish to volunteer to put something back into the community, or to improve your CV, you would be most welcome. From simple fundraising ideas like baking cakes to more major events like quiz evenings or business appeals, we need your help for new ideas and ways to raise money.

Keep up to date with the Friends by having an annual subscription priced at £20.00 or to take advantage of a discount, join for five years for £80.00.
It doesn’t matter how much or how little you can give, but we really appreciate it if you can give something, alternatively please consider giving your time as volunteers are always required.

Hunt through your attic, look in your loft, any old antiques? Bring them along to our Antique Roadshow event – for a small fee we shall arrange for an expert to value your antique and give advice.

Plant a Tree for the CAB
Buy a tree from one of partner stockists and plant it in your garden or office space, some of the proceeds will go to the Citizens Advice Bureau. Not only will you be helping the CAB but the environment too!
